Caroline Steward

Caroline works primarily with individuals and couples facing such challenges as depression, anxiety, past abuse, marital conflict, divorce and parenting issues.

She is certified in Imago Relationship Therapy and uses these innovative techniques, as well as other proven counseling methods, to help individuals and couples.

Caroline appreciates the numerous challenges and crises that people face each day. “While these crises are often viewed as negative, they provide us with wonderful opportunities for growth. It is my goal to help people take advantage of the opportunities that a crisis provides, so that they may reach their full potential.”

With a master’s degree in social work from Case Western Reserve University, Caroline has more than 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Her professional background includes:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
  • Member of the Academy of Clinical Social Workers.
  • EMDR trained therapist.
  • Former child abuse caseworker in Ohio, working to reunite families and as a child/adolescent therapist.
  • Adolescent therapist at a community mental health center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
  • Teacher of an abuse prevention program in several Indianapolis area schools.

Caroline Steward also offers Marriage Preparation Program sessions.
