  • Lighten Up

    I typically need to “lighten up” and my/the body tells me so.  😊  Every time I check in with the body, two places that hold stress, can be softened.  It humors me mostly on how the body holds it all.  

    Yes, I can hold it all with softer hands, let it be, laugh more, and see more clearly without all the mud on my windshield of sight.  Life gives my SO many opportunities, every day to practice.   

    I find mindfulness meditation supports my intention to lighten up….if only for a moment.

    Join others in Mindfulness Meditation on Mondays and Thursdays at 12:15 pm. Brief discussion, followed by silent practice and concluding with observations, comments or wonderings. Take refuge in the present moment. Mindfulness Meditation is the opportunity to rest in Presence in a supportive environment with others.  No experience, fee or registration is necessary.
