    For those times when it’s unpleasant, perhaps “sit with it” which may allow you a bit of space. Mindfully notice to create a degree or two of separation from the energy that’s present. Many times, it’s hard to not to “be in it” and that can be difficult not to personalize it all.  

    I find mindfulness meditation supports my intention to have space around it all….if only for a moment.
