     Appreciate Rich’s take on transformation, and in general, I wish we had more of a cultural narrative on what recovery looks like and his 22 minute talk frames and articulates one way.    

     Yes, it IS hard to find a time, place to consistently sit alone, so that’s why a group of us, meet every week to support each other in this agonizing prospect.  Yes, it does get easier as time goes on as one spends less time attending to useless mental gymnastics.  It is a practice!  😊

    I find mindfulness meditation supports my intention to transform….if only for a moment.
