Erica joined the CenterPoint Counseling team in September 2023, providing individual and family therapy.  She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the Indiana University School of Social Work, IUPUI, and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis.  Erica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and she is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.  Erica has over twenty years of experience serving families and children in various settings, including schools, community mental health centers, home-based counseling, medical rehabilitation, and hospice.  

Through the years, she has developed a family systems expertise in helping individuals and families facing developmental delay diagnoses, mental health diagnoses, and serious illness and the resultant losses.  Erica has a heart and passion for grief and bereavement work, and she considers it her highest honor to hold sacred space with bereaved families.  A cornerstone of her work is to uphold unconditional positive regard for all she serves and with whom she comes into contact.
