Heidi Fledderjohn, MA, BC-DMT, E-RYT, C-IMT
Heidi is psychologically oriented somatic therapist, with 30 years of experience in mental health, weaving the innate wisdom of the body with evidenced based practices in neuroscience, meditation, Polyvagal theory, creative arts and yoga. She brings an abiding belief that this work, is not a fixed moment but a path towards reclaiming our bodies and wholeness, building connection and creating the futures we want to live into. Heidi is also a published author and TedX speaker.

- BC-DMT, Board Certified Dance/movement Therapist, American Dance Therapy Association, highest level of credential in field, allowing recipients to engage in private practice and supervise masters level students.
- C-IMT, Certified Instinctive Meditation Teacher, Yoga Alliance credential.
- E-RYT, Experienced, Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance requiring a minimum of 1,000 professional teaching hours.
