Leslie Flowers, NBC-HWC
Leslie Flowers is CenterPoint’s first health and wellness coach. Leslie trained at Duke University’s Center for Integrative Medicine and is nationally board certified by the Medical Board of Examiners.
As a health and wellness coach, Leslie motivates people to be their healthiest, most vibrant, and successful selves. Her practice combines inner exploration, deep listening, strengths building, achievable action steps, and accountability. Leslie supports clients in all dimensions of well-being, including:

While different than therapy, coaching can be a wonderful complement to support clients in reaching their goals and addressing roadblocks that may block forward momentum.
Leslie also teaches science-based, practical tools to reduce anxiety, stress, and the negative impacts of stress-induced inflammation on the body and emotions. She trained at Brown University’s Mindfulness Center and co-facilitates Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction classes at Centerpoint Counseling.
