Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course

This 8-week course (flyer above), including a one-day retreat, is designed to help you discover practical tools to reduce stress, improve well-being, and enhance overall health through mindfulness practices. Introduction to Meditation

Learn and practice the basics of meditation to quiet the mind and relax the body -- anyone can do it! Three-part course meets July 16, 23, 30, 2026, 7-8 pm via Zoom. $149. Register here.  

Breathing Practices to Reduce Anxiety and Enhance Focus

Learn gentle breathing practices that shift body and mind from stress, fear, and anxiety into relaxation, calm, and focus. Course is 1.5 hours on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 7-8 pm via Zoom OR in-person on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 6:30-8 pm at CenterPoint Counseling, 7700 N. Meridian. $75. Say What You Mean: Healthy, Supportive Communication, Learn healthy, effective, and satisfying ways to communicate, how to speak thoughts and emotions clearly and kindly, without needing to go on the defensive or go on the attack, navigate differing opinions with compassion and understanding, and build resilience to bounce back stronger from challenging conversations.
