Be Still And Listen
“When you get quiet, what needs to be heard grows loud.”
Andre Duqum w/Jim George, “How to Not Miss Your Life” @ ~1:34:47 to 1:34:56
I continue to appreciate the Know Thyself YouTube channel and this podcast was packed with so much that I know I will listen to it a second time.
One of the themes was the importance of creating enough quiet to notice what is happening within me. Reminds me…
So much of my day can be filled with activity, thinking, planning, reacting and anticipating = planning mind. I will accept that this can be useful, until it’s not, and when do I notice that transition?
I find mindfulness supports my intention to be still and listen ….if only for a moment.
