Be With The Daily Precious

This comes from Rick Hanson’s Wellspring Institute, the Brain Wise Bulletin, which is worth subscribing.Buddhist psychology and practices (mindfulness) have certainly supported my understanding of self and human behavior, and I wonder if the summary is to be with the treasured moments? I find mindfulness supports my intention to be with the daily precious….if only for a moment.

Take refuge in the present moment.  Mindfulness Meditation is the opportunity to rest in Presence in a supportive environment with others.  No experience, fee or registration is necessary.
