Be With The Plurality Of Mindfulness

This picture comes from Mindful magazine article, and that “mindfulness” is not one single thing.  It can refer to a present moment quality of awareness, a natural human capacity we all have to some degree, and a set of practices and trainings that strengthen that capacity over time.  I like the picture!  😊

I find mindfulness meditation supports my intention to be with the plurality of mindfulness….if only for a moment.

Take refuge in the present moment.  Mindfulness Meditation is the opportunity to rest in Presence in a supportive environment with others.  No experience, fee or registration is necessary.
