Dive Towards Doubt
This comes from the marginalian which is worth subscribing.
Most times, when I think I have an “idea” of what is right or wrong, I find that I have a narrow view of what’s in front of me. My mind want to catagorize and simplify as this is part of it’s job, ie. Friend or Foe? Good or Bad? Smart or Stupid? If I take a moment, dive into doubt, I come at things softer, with more curiosity coupled with a ton more humbleness. This usually results in a ton of more aliveness and love in my heart.
I find mindfulness supports my intention to dive towards doubt….if only for a moment.
