Find Peace In The Small And Hard

MM teaches me to stay and be with the discomfort, restlessness and/or sorrows without needing to fix, flee or numb it.  This is the “endure very much” part….not easy.

At the same time, MM opens me to subtle joys….the simple rhythm of breath, a moment of stillness and the gentle awareness of being alive. 

I find mindfulness meditation supports my intention to find peace in the small and hard....if only for a moment.

Join others in Mindfulness Meditation on Mondays and Thursdays at 12:15 pm. Brief discussion, followed by silent practice and concluding with observations, comments or wonderings. Take refuge in the present moment. Mindfulness Meditation is the opportunity to rest in Presence in a supportive environment with others.  No experience, fee or registration is necessary.
