Have Presence With

I have attached a PowerPoint that I am presenting right now @ Second.  😊

Presence is a number of ideas.  Perhaps one is listening, remaining open beyond our usual perceptions, and resisting the impulse to judge, interrupt, advise, or fix.  Simple eh?

Being present can be uncomfortable.  When we slow down, we may become aware of difficult emotions, body sensations, unresolved grief, or familiar stories that normally remain beneath the surface.  Mindfulness invites us not to push these experiences away, but to meet them with patience and compassion.

I find mindfulness supports my intention to have presence with….if only for a moment.
