Let Go And Be Curious
“Grace comes in when we let go. Letting go is the thing.”
Tom Rosshirt, Chasing Peace: A Story of Breakdowns, Breakthroughs, and the Spiritual Power of Neuroscience
Mindfulness meditation invites us into the practice of letting go. Letting go of the stories we tell ourselves. Letting go of the urgency to fix, manage or control. Letting go of the “me” in who I think I am supposed to “be”.
Bringing a sense of curiosity to what is actually here. Curious about what is activating in the body, the heart, and the mind. Curious about the possibility that we do not need to tighten around our lives in order to live them well.
I find mindfulness meditation supports my intention to let go and be curious….if only for a moment.
