Notice And Breathe

This teaching reminds me that emotions are not problems to solve but experiences to notice.  When I return to the breath, I pause and stop chasing the clouds and remember the wider sky that holds them.  There is always a bigger story than the clouds I am experiencing.  Breathing becomes a way of staying grounded, even as the inner and outer weather shifts.

I find mindfulness meditation supports my intention to notice and breathe….if only for a moment.
