Practice Being With Self/Others
“One of the greatest gifts we can give someone is our undivided attention.”
I enjoy this YouTube channel and recently listened to this podcast on focus, awareness, and the preciousness of our time. Our attention is more than simply looking or listening. It is how we communicate, “You matter. This moment matters.”
I also want to invite you to consider how this applies to yourself. How do I give myself undivided attention?
I find mindfulness supports my intention to practice being with self/others….if only for a moment.
