Letting Go

Personal growth, mastery and success are not necessarily about adding more things to our lives (more skills, more possessions, more commitments) but rather about stripping away what is unnecessary.  I am trying to practice letting go of what does not serve me in order to be more fully present and effective in what truly matters.  This is difficult, as I believe I am in recovery from a scarcity mindset, given to me via my DNA, to acquire.

I find mindfulness meditation supports my intention to letting go....if only for a moment.
